Racking SystemsVan Storage Racking Systems...

Van City’s range of 'Static' and 'Extending Van Racking Systems' fit most types of panel vans, small vans and car-derived vans.

They come complete with fully adjustable telescopic legs and universal fixing brackets (top and bottom fixings) to suit most types of commercial vehicles.

There are five standard storage sets to choose from (depending on the vehicle you select. Please note, these units are designed to fit either the near side or off side of your commercial vehicle.

  • Fully adjustableextending and static kits to fit most types of commercial vehicles.
  • 800mm & 600mm 'High' x 600mm, 1200mm and 1800mm 'Wide' racking panels.
  • Customisable storage options including: containers, bins, baskets, shelving systems etc.
  • Rubber plugs to prevent storage bins lifting off from the louvre panel.
  • Optional 'Rear Shelving', bin lids, dividers and interlocking front clips can also be purchased.
  • Complete with all the necessary fixings required to complete the installation.
  • Alternative sized louvre panels available upon request for custom applications.

 

Measuring Guidelines...

  1. Make your selection of storage panel kit – extending, static, or both.
  2. Choose the location of panel kit inside vehicle – select ‘near side’ or ‘off side’, or both.
  3. Select panel kit to suit your vehicle (Use the ‘Drop-Down-Menu' on previous page).
  4. To make selection easy, choose one of our 'Standard Set Options'.
  5. To customise your own storage set solution, please contact us with your requirements.
  6. Extension legs on louvered panel kits: Allow for up to 230mm top and 530mm bottom, with adjustment to locate panel in suitable position.
  7. Check overall size, measure the depth inside rear door, and height. (See diagram below).
  8. Height measurement should be from floor to top fixing flange.
  9. If selecting an extending kit, allow clearance of panel through rear door opening.
  10. Allow space for the handle (on extending kit) when rear doors are closed.
  11. Check fixing points to locate panel over, or in front of rear wheel arches.
  12. Look for obstructions inside the vehicle that could affect the panel kit location.
